| "Disappointing, Overpriced" |

July 2008 - From the time we sat down we were unimpressed. Even though we ordered alcoholic beverages, the waiter refused to give us a glass of ice water and said we had to buy bottled water.
Food was unimpressive, particularly the tough roast beef, cold rolls, dried layer on the macaroni and potato salad, and generally unappetizing food. No labels on the food or salad dressings to say what you were eating. Also lacking items in the flyer photos such as ribs. Best thing were the Nanaimo bars.
Also too many flies around the food area.
Overpriced food and beverages. Overall it left us wishing we had walked on by.
No comment cards in the restaurant and no-one who looked like a "manager".

June 2008 - We were visiting the Falls for vacation and figure we would try the breakfast buffet for $6.99 ea. The food, honestly wasn't that bad for me my wife was different. My son was happy with the belgium waffles. So food was ok but MAN are they outrageous and overpriced on their drinks.
It would be one thing if the posted the drink costs on the table but to order 3 small ojs, 1 kids choc. milk, and one small coffee the cost for the drinks alone was over $20.00--insane. Total bill for 3 to eat was $60.00. I could have gone to a REALLY nice place for that kinda cash. What I am annoyed at is that its not posted anywhere so you don't know until after the meal is done. The next day I went down the street and we had breakfast at a pancake house for $25.00 including meals and drinks-- and it was pretty darn good. I would stay clear of this place unless you have money to burn.

June 2008 - This place is not worth the money.
They advertise 15.99$ all-you-can-eat-buffet, but a glass of pop is $4.00. The food selection is disgusting and completely not worth it.

September 2007 - this place was terrible i can not believe it is still running. it is supposed to be a buffet but there was no food out. and the food that was out was terrible. my doggies dog food loooks more appealing. drinks are 3.50 for a pop. all in all our terrible experience was topped off to a trip to the ladies room that was disgusting. that was enough for me i took my kids and waited in the car for my husband to pay the bill. when asked how everything was my husband lookes at the guy and said what do you think my wife and kids left. he was silent but still gave us our 70.98 bill for 2 adults and 2 kids. believe me we do not mind spending our money but for crap i dont think so!!!
