| "The poorest service ever" |

September 2007 - Our recent trip to the Saucer was a nightmare. We (3 people) were seated within 5 min, very good. But it went down hill from there. We placed our orders, and it took almost 15 min to get our beverages to us, (water). Another table was seated the same time as us, and they had their meal in normal time. Another table came in 10 min after us, and they had their food in normal time. It was almost 50 min, before we started getting our food, salads were given at the end, also the celery and carrot tray was given at the end too. I asked for the manager, but was never able to talk to her. As a matter of fact, after I asked for the manager, the waitress went a short distance away and started complaining about us to another waitress.
By the time the food came, I was too upset to enjoy my meal. I have been going to the Saucer for years, but the service has been going down hill. I will not be back, and will not recommend this place ever again.
