| "Shuttle to Falls Casino" |

July 2007 - We were given the best room in the hotel which was large, clean and confortable. When we checked in, we found a flier informing us that a shuttle was available free of charge to the Casino in Niagara Falls, leaving the hotel at 7:40p.m. and returning at 10:55. The front desk made sure were were not left out and it was only a 10-15 min. ride. Not having been to the Casino we thought we'd take the offer. We were attending a rowing regatta as vendors in St.Catharines and had to be up at 6 a.m.
The bus did not arrive until 8:25p.m. and once we were on our way, the driver informed us that he would pick us up at midnite for the return.
The front desk clerk was not well informed regarding the schedule and the length of the trip(30 min.)
We got back at half past midnite and did not get enough time to rest for the work we had to do the next day.

March 2007 - This appears to be a very well maintained Comfort Inn. Very clean and neat. No clutter in reception area. Downside is that it's attached to a Golden Griddle : ( -- ergo no complementary continental (ie take a coffee and bagel back to the room) breakfast.
Staff did a great job of welcoming and sending us off.
