September 2007 - Felt the property offered reasonable value for the price we paid. And very convenient to the QEW. Found it to be clean and in good repair, tv worked well - our room had been refurbished as was promised. Initially, we were given a smoking room although we'd requested and been confirmed non-smoking - this was corrected when we asked to move.
