December 2007 - We called prior to arrival to ensure that "everything was in order". The desk person was well aware that we were travelling in an RV and assured us that parking it was fine. She also assured us that check in at 11:30 was no problem. Upon arrival we were met with a smile and very courteous check-in.
Certainly, these are things that one expects from a customer service organization, but it is "attitude" that is difficult to define and we found the staff to be A+ .
