March 2007 - My wife and I decided to visit this eatery once again as it had changed management. Our two previous visits were extreme disappointments. This time was not much better. The waiter while not unfriendly did not make us feel welcome. My penne was cool when served and my wifes chicken prima vera was so drowned in oil that she could not eat the bottom half of the contents in the bowl. Complain, I thought about it but if the current management do not care enough to ensure good service and product then I feel I should not waste my time. Perhaps if they were to visit a real East Side then they could make improvements. I have been in East Side Marios in Kingston and Burlington and they were fabulous and it would be nice to have the same here in Thunder Bay but I guess it's not to be.
