October 2007 - Even though it was only 4:00 on a weekday evening, it took a few minutes for the hostess to notice us at the entrance to Casey’s in the Gloucester Centre. Waiting to enter the restaurant, I watched many patrons leave but upon entry I saw customers seated only at the bar.
Feeling adventurous, we tried two new dishes: Korean Fire Beef and Moroccan Chicken. Our server warned us that the Fire Beef would be very spicy but we actually found it insufficiently spicy. However, the Harissa sauce that came with my chicken entree was very spicy and helped to accentuate both meals. We had jasmine rice and couscous left over on our plates so I guess that the serving size was adequate even if the plates looked sparse upon delivery.
The fruit flies and the loud neighbours were a bit too much of a nuisance. I decided to go elsewhere for dessert.
