October 2007 - At The Mongolian Village, you have no right to complain about the taste of your meal. You fill your cooking bowl with the food and the sauces that you want: fresh meats (including plenty of sea food), fresh vegetables, nuts and dried fruit, condiments and dozens of sauces of varying degrees of heat. Add about three ladles of sauce(s) to your bowl. Take your bowl to the chef for her to prepare. You will be charged by the weight of your bowl. If you choose no meat, you will receive a significant vegetarian discount.
Complimentary soup (we always choose hot & sour), mongolian wraps and unlimited rice accompany your meal. Our traditional visit includes a pot of jasmine tea.
If you under filled your bowl, The Mongolian Village also has a decent dessert menu.
Sadly, since our last visit, our friend no longer works at The Mongolian Village and prices have been increased more than 10%!
