October 2007 - I've been to a ton of spas before. Was very surprised that I had 2 treatments so I'd be there for at least 2.5hrs....They didn't give me a robe so I had to change in and out of clothes all the time. The waiting area was drab, ikea patio furniture wasn't cozy at all. The bathroom was plain and small and you had to share it with the staff. While you waited staff would come in and out of the waiting area and not even smile. There were no water with glasses readily available, you had to ask. When I had my facial the lady put a mask on and left for 25 minutes...other spas will give you a neck rub for half of that time. Paper thin walls and when I was done, the receptionist never even asked if I enjoyed my visit.
