May 2007 - the hotel is located downtown in an excellent location and the stay was convenient although I felt that there's a need for some form of renovation for the hotel as you can feel it's an old building (e.g the hanger on the bathroom door was absent even before I checked in) and I had to change room as the first one they gave had a very loud AC and the toilet seat flush was leaking contineously
yet the staff were very friendly, they changed and upgraded the room instatnly and the rate was great comparing to the location and the facility
I recommend staying at the capital hill.
