August 2007 - We were looking for something somewhat healthy and decided to pop into this cafe on Sparks Street, only a block (or two) from the Parliament buildings in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. We popped into this small (very small) cafe and saw that they offered fruit salads and yogurt as well as a few grill items to chose from. We decided to go with egg muffins with ham, as well as a fresh fruit cup. After we ordered we were told we could sit on the patio and they would bring out the food to us. The food did arrive quickly, but it wasn't that good at all. The eggs seemed slightly overcooked somehow and also very plain tasting. For just a little eatery, it wasn't that bad, but just use it as a grab and go...do not use it for the grill.
