October 2008 - very friendly staff indeed ,here guests are royalty. Clean and fresh rooms(finally couldn't smell cigarette smoke). I strongly recommend this inn,clean,affordable,new approach in the industry.

helpful friendly staff. Would stay here again,
or recommend it to anyone travelling to Parry Sound.

June 2007 - I stayed at this hotel after moving from another hotel in Parry Sound. We moved because the other hotel was not clean. The Microtel was refreshingly clean, the service was wonderful and fast. Customer service was beyond expectations. A free breakfast in the morning was a wonderful start to the day. Our rooms were really nice, well designed and bright. The bathrooms were very clean and I had the most comfortable stay. I have stayed at every other hotel in Parry Sound and this one is by far the Best. I also felt very safe. I will recommend it to my friends and co-workers.
