August 2007 - Outdoors: Grounds are covered in ant hills, dirt and junk are strewen about, walkways are uneven, in desparate need of repair.
Indoors: Hallways are disgusting, dirt is not cleaned up from tile floor, thus tracked onto carpet. Air conditioners are NOT thermostatically controlled, therefore you must endure the excessive noise. Check-in time is 3 p.m., we had to leave upon arrival at 4:30 p.m., after a very long drive and return as the room #231 wouldn't be cleaned and ready until 5:30 p.m., when we returned, they called it clean, we didn't, cobwebs in the corners and former guests garbage still on the floor, not to mentioned they didn't leave the a/c on (which we had turned on when we discovered the room had not been made-up from the previous guests). The room stunk and was incredibly stuffy. Facets are extremely outdated and DRIP. Fixtures are dirty from poor water quality - need to install a filter for the iron.
