August 2007 - We went in today to look for a band for my fiance. The owner was amazing. He was extremely knowledgable and knew his stuff. He is a talented designr and we will be going back to get his band from there. Oh yea, our experience with the customer service was top notch.

February 2007 - Very bad service, i wanted my engagement ring sized and a quote on a wedding band it has now been since feb 17 and i still don't have my ring or a quote and they were supposed to gimme an answer today which it is now end of march and nothing!! The jewellery is nice but the service is Terrible!! I want my ring back and i will never do service with them again!!!
I still don't have an answer and the owner doesn't seem too concerned about it he has been giving me the run around and not calling back when he said he would and such........
