March 2008 - 1-800 Got Junk is waaaay over priced. I really wish I did my homework before hiring this company. I thought that by being the worlds biggest junk removal company they would have been cheap but I guess not. I would not recommend them at all. If you wanna save some money there are many other options out there for sure!

I'm sorry that you did not appreciate the value of the service that we provided you. We have always priced based on the high level of service that we provide our clients in showing up when we say we will show up, doing all the loading and clean-up so they don't have to and including all disposal charges in our rates. Further, our trucks and employees are fully insured and covered by WSIB for your protection. While we understand that there are cheaper alternatives in London, we are confident that none provide better service.
