February 2008 - We visited Ramada Inn London on February 14th. Although our visit was very short and took us four hours to travel, we were so happy to see that the Ramada Inn is right off the highway, we were able to pull in quickly. Upon check in, the staff was very hospitable. We took advantage of the beautiful Chealsy's Lounge and had a fabulous waiter who was very quick, friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable and clean.
We will certainly stay again if we are ever to visit London again.

February 2007 - -The light in the bathroom did not work.
- The phone in the room was broken.
-They charged $1.60 to RECEIVE a fax?
-They wanted to charge me to use an Internet cable.

January 2007 - This is the second time that my husband and I stayed at the Ramada Inn in London Ontario. On both occasions we enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a nice size television. It was great to have the option of being able to watch pay per view movies considering regular cable is not the same. Believe it or not most of the other hotels in London, you do not have this preference.
The night staff were very accomodating as we needed pillows brought to the room. I didn't find the morning staff as friendly as they never even asked how we enjoyed my stay. It was not a major concern as we had everything that was required.
I have stayed at a number of hotels in London but I prefer the Ramada as it is right off the highway and I will continue to stay here in the future.
