| "Very pleasant stay" |

May 2007 - My son and I stayed here for a night, on our way to my high school reunion in Chatham, and found the staff friendly and helpful, and the accommodations very comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was also quite good. We booked online which put our mind at ease, since our flight arrived at the London Airport after midnight. Good value for the money.

January 2007 - The room was very clean. Unfortunately, after we had checked in we were bothered by children running up and down the hallways.up and till passed 2:00 am. We complained and were informed that they were told several times about the noise. However: nothing was done. We were told to contact head office if we were looking to be reembursed. I was disappointed. I will never stay there again.
