September 2007 - My room was clean and adequate for one night although I had to use the air-conditioner all night. The restaurant provided a good breakfast for the price and the wait staff were courteous and friendly. All staff were polite and the senior discount brought the price lower than most rates I could find at the time.

March 2007 - We stayed in Londons Days Inn on march 17-18 2007.We reserved our room & recieved confermation that it was there & booked. When we got there they told us that the room did not exist anymore .When I asked when it went from smoking to none smoking she had no idea.All I have to say is when I booked it 2 days prior & recieved confermation it should have been honored. I printed it out & had it with me & she seemed to really not care. Then when we agreed to a lesser room she put us in twin beds. We went back to the desk & had a change made again & when we went to the room again the key didn't work. I have never had so much trouble trying to get away for one night that I will not try it again any time to soon. If & when we have the rare opportunity to get away we will have to stay somewhere else as when you only have one night to get away you don't want to spend it getting the run around. We did honor our end of the deal by paying {when I don't think we should have} & we left our room early & clean. I am saddened by the fact that Days Inn cares so little of its guests that it would let this happen. The final blow to the night was the hockey team that was staying there was right next to us & were yelling & running till after 11 pm. If anyone was to ask me where to stay for a relaxing night Days Inn would never come to mind. I only hope they can improve on customer relations in the future so anyone else staying there doesn't have to go through what we did. Diane Dickenson

February 2007 - This is the second time I've spent a night at the Days Inn and am completely unimpressed. First off, I don't understand why I'm paying $90 for a single room and one queen size bed especially when the quality of the room is below par. Cracks in the walls add lovely charm, not to mention taking a shower there can only be described as a chore, hot/cold blasts make the showering experience very unpleasent. Secondly, both times I've been there there has been nothing but noise from children and when mentioned to the front desk nothing is done. All in all I will NOT be going back.
