December 2007 - Nice, convenient location off Highway 401. Somewhat secluded. Good on-site restaurant with room service. Wireless internet okay (perhaps a little slow). Good spot for conferences, etc. Overall, good location for a traveller. Price was right too !

August 2007 - This hotel was located on the outskirts of London, but just a quick jump on the 401 brought you to a busy hub of the city where there was lots of shopping and plenty of great restaurants to eat at. The hotel itself was very clean, nicely set up with a large relaxation area for guests. The rooms were neat and tidy with a beautiful flat screen tv with choice of several movies in addition to the local channels. There was internet access but it didn't work until I went to the front desk to get a router, but otherwise I was able to use my laptop. A continental breakfast voucher was provided for the next morning, but the service in the restaurant was terrible. Dishes were not removed from the tables after people left and the tables not wiped down. Other guests besides ourselves were looking for tables to set at and were requesting that the tables be wiped off. There were often not enough cereal bowls and cutlery available without asking for them. This is my only complaint. If I was in the area again, I'd stay at this hotel, but I'm not so sure I'd eat at the restaurant.
