June 2007 - Very nice and quiet location close to center of town. Rooms very clean and mattress comfortable. Conveniances such as coffeemaker, mugs and glasses ironing board and iron, internet connection, brochures in the room. Breakfast with a wide variety of fruit, bread and rolls, muffins cereals and drinks served in a nice room. Very friendly attentive service.
The only improvement I can think of would be a small fridge in the room.
Can certainly recommend the place to any traveller wholeheartedly. Would not look for any other place should I visit Simcoe again.
