June 2007 - The Suburban Motel in Stratford is a wonderful place. My friends and I have stayed there for each of our last eight trips to Stratford. Mike and Amanda, and their family, are warm and welcoming. They are helpful and quick with a recommendation for dinner or a special treat. The rooms are comfortable, well-appointed, and immaculately clean. The grounds are well kept, and the pool is super if you have high energy kids. It's also quiet and the location is very convenient for shopping, theater, and side trips. We have decided never to stay anywhere else when in Stratford and are so glad we found the Suburban. It's also a fantastic value--you get a lot for your money. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, welcoming place to stay while visiting the Festival.
