May 2008 - We arrived quite late in Smith Falls, but the reception desk was still very welcoming. The hotel was in great condition and the rooms were emaculate and comfortable. There was a slight snaffu in the morning with the computer, but even then, they quickly accomodated my need for a receipt, and will send me the original ASAP. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience and would recommend the hotel.
