January 2007 - The staff was absolutely terrible and untrained. They knew nothing of their products. It was quite embarassing. Try to trade products and they gave a ridiculous offer. I tried to trade a old set of RBK 5K goalie pads, glove and blocker for a new pair of 7K pads. The old pair was used twice. They said give me these and $500. In conclusion " Worst Store Ever!"
