| "The Worst Customer Service" |

November 2006 - On the night of November 25,2006 I ordered a Taxi. I called from the location of 148 Browning trail and asked to be brought to 41 big bay point road. When the taxi cab arrive me and three of my friends entered the van and asked the driver for 41 big bay point road. On the way the driver asked if we knew the way, we replied saying that we did not know the way but knew the address. The driver then replied saying we should know how to get there. It is my understanding that all I need to provide is the address of my destination not the direct route. As we were driving we asked about the increase in the fares and how they worked. The driver answered us telling us how much the fare has increased for the starting rate and how much more it gose up every Kilometer. We then asked if he went faster if it would cost less, he replied saying no because the meter gose up every kilometer and it is the same distance no matter how fast we went. As we got onto big bay pont road the driver asked us to look at an address out the window to see where we were. We read the closes address to be 100 big bay point road, we then kept driveing. The next address that we read was 600, we were clearly goign in the wrong direction. The fare was now reaching 30.00$ and was becoming increasingly expensive so we asked the driver to pull over. The driver was lost, and he told us it was not his fault he was lost but last time i cheack i nor any of the other passangers were driving the van so how could it be anyones fault but his. We then asked if we could hold on for two seconds so we could call our friends who were also driving to the same locations to see where they were. He told us to go ahead, i then asked if the meter would still be going and he said,"Umm yea." and found him to be extremly rude. This was after he told us about the way the meter works leaving us with the impression that the meter only gose up by kilometer. We had to stop the meter as the fare was getting to be rediculous. We then got out of the cab , in the middle of a highway , in the middle of no where, 569 houses away from where we asked to be dropped off. We had no way of getting home since the taxi's were clearly unreliable. All of us were girls walking around in the middle of nowhere that is not a safe situation at all. All because our taxi got lost. When we got to a gas station we called the head office and complained, we did not feel we were being taken seriously. So when we finally found a way home we decided to go directly to the head office. We i entered the office no one recognised my presence, and when we asked if we could talk to someone we were told to quiet down. I find it absolutly outragous that when someone comes down in person you do not have the time of day. I am so dissapointed in your services and so are all the other people i was witht that night. I usally trust your services and is the only one i use. I will no longer be useing you service and i assure you that i will tell others about this incident and my dissatifaction. I would greatly appreciate to be contacted when this letter is read and be notified to the action that will be taken
