July 2008 - Overall we enjoyed our 2 nights at the Best Western White House Brockville. The rooms were clean - the staff friendly. The continental breakfast was quite good. Only complaint was that the air conditioner was very loud and had a strange gurling noise.

October 2007 - We enjoyed our one night stay at this motel. The lobby was clean and well designed. Staff were friendly. The room itself was very clean, simple but very comfortable. The room was a little chilly during the evening and we were unable to get the heat up, but there was adequate coverings on the bed to keep us warm. The continental breakfast the next morning offered a variety of healthy items to chose from. We would stay in this motel again and also recommend it to friends as well.

July 2007 - The Brockville Best Western is an older style motel built in a "U" shape with an outdoor pool in the centre of the lot. The building and grounds are well maintained and the room appointments are satisfactory for the price point. The dining room where the complimentary breakfast is provided is clean and more than adequate to meet the demand. Our room was designated as non-smoking and while there was no evidence of anyone smoking in it, management is a bit heavy handed in its use of the room deodorizer. However, the only real complaint we would have is that the air-conditioner was very noisy.
We did not use the pool, but based on conversations with other guests, it was not heated as they found it very cold.
Although we did not hear any traffic noise, we note that there are additional rooms behind the main building which might be quieter if you think this could be an issue.
Prices for the soft drink machine were fair at $1.50 for a bottle of Coke etc.
We stayed for four nights and would probably stay there again should the occasion arise.
