| "Not a good place to stay!" |

September 2007 - The dirty carpets, cracked and broken plaster, peeling paint, yucky bathtub and rundown exterior almost chased us away! But, Kingston was full on this university move-in Labour Day weekend. If you can possibly go somewhere else - do so.

August 2007 - We went to stay in this motel for a night as my husband was leaving for afghanistan. We got a sitter booked our room and went out for the night. We got to the hotel at midnight. Walked in to a room that was in poor condition putting it lightly and smelled like stale urine. Bathroom floor was sticky. I then went to pull back the bed sheets and found a bed bug in the bed. When we went to tell the guy at the front desk and asked for a refund he refused. On this night the city was sold out. Thankfully we do live here and were able to go home as in no way were we staying with bugs in the bed. Do not even when desperate stay at this motel unless you like bugs.
