October 2006 - Made reservation for 4pm on thanksgiving monday.....
Arrived 3:30pm thanksgiving monday with company from England.....
Left 4:15pm thanksgiving monday as restaurant doors would not open even though the sandwich board dipicting today's special's was out front and all lights were burning inside.....
Called tuesday to find out when restaurant was open and informed that the manager had made a last minute decision to close on monday without checking the reservation book.....Left message for manager to call back.....Tried to send email.....Email returned......Wondering if telephone call will be.....Summary......Totally unimpressed.
