April 2008 - 2 persons experienced the following: On arrival at hotel and checked into room we experienced no hot water at all. Had to shower in cold water. it was explained that there had been a pipe repair done and that it would take time to have hot water. (Why were we booked into rooms that were experiencing problems.)
We experienced a lack of parking spaces provided for customers as the park and fly traffic took up alot of spaces. We experienced the parking gate not going up to let us in and an employee of the hotel coming out and asking had we checked in and how long were we staying so we would not take up park and fly space.
In general the building is getting old and it does require a change in the decorations etc.. to freshen up.
The good this was that the beds were very comfortable !!!!!
