August 2007 - This restaurant is located in Old Montreal. We were looking for a light lunch and beverages after a day of sight-seeing on a hot and crowded Sunday. There was a large patio out front and it was busy, like most restaurants on the block. We were lucky to find a table immediately, but it did take some time before our server acknowledged us. The menu offered a good selection of drinks and pub-style food. We all ordered a beer, and since it was our first day in Montreal, my husband and I decided to share a poutine and club sandwich. When the beer came it was served in a plastic, stadium-style cup and was warm...this was especially disappointing considering the price! The food failed to improve the experience as it was just OK. At least the portion sizes were decent, unlike the beer! In the end we were left with a large bill that certainly did not match our enjoyment of this restaurant.
