February 2008 - We stayed at the Auberge des Peupliers last February.
We have booked a two-night stay for romantic getaway in Charlevoix. The staff at the front desk was very nice and efficient. Our bedroom was charming, clean and welcoming. We had great dinners at the Restaurant of the Auberge. Actually, we have been very surprised by the quality and the exceptional freshness of the products. I have tried the Veal of Charlevoix – delicious ! and the mascarpone triangle was just amazing ! My husband has ordered some wine with excellent advices from the sommelier. It has been a perfect evening ! A good address to remember ! Delightful !
