December 2006 - We decided to stay at the Crystal-inn over Christmas, after reading the wonderful reviews on tripadvisor.
Well the place lives up to its reputation. From the outside you would not think much of this place, but once you walk inside WOW!
The whole place is covered in these amazing murals that look like they were taken out from "Lord of the rings". The place is spotless, and the suite we had was simply a work of art. It had a king size memory foam mattress an and a canopy bed. It also had a Zen looking bathroom vanity, and a small fireplace.All for only 119$ per night including breakfast(we had a banana nut French toast!!!). We also used the outdoor hot tub which was great after spending the day skiing. The owner Mario made some great suggestions, and even arranged rental for us at a local ski shop. This was a wonderful holiday, considering the poor weather we had over Christmas. We give this place 2 big thumbs up!
