March 2008 - We had booked 4 nights at the inn . We had agreed on a 4 nights package in what it's called a "suite" on their internet site (misleading picture as it shows the door leading on a corridor and not between the rooms, which is in fact one large bedroom separated in two rooms, one has only a double bed in it and a chair in the corner), 2 ski tickets at 15 dollars each (we could not use them because it was on set days Monday, date of our arrivalin the afternoon and friday day of our departure in the morning ! but we did not know that), 4 breakfasts, 4 lunchboxes (we took only 3), for 85 $ per night , per person per a family of three. Our credit card number was asked for the reservation. The morning of our departure, my son could not come. We called the inn to cancel and were told that the 4 nights would be fully charged. My husband and I decided to go. The day on our leave, we were told that we had to pay 1300 dollars even if the third person did not eat or sleep there. Also, we had to drive 25 miles twice during our stay to have dinner because there was nobody else at the inn and the owner had decided she would not cook for two. So Beware at their internet site, make sure everything is written down if you are offered a package, and ask what are their cancellation policies. They also charged 15 % for service + tax on top of the total. Las thing, it was school break in Quebec and this inn was empty.... A bad sign....
