| "Loud and Dusty heaters, not clean" |

December 2006 - The room had a bad smell that only increased when we turned the heater on in the room. The heater was dusty and very, very loud. The cleaners must have missed the bathroom entirely as there was someone elses soap in the bathtub and the sink and they were both covered in hair (as was most of the tub). When we complained to the front desk they only ensured us that it would be thouroughly cleaned the next day (no offer to move us or to compensate us financially). The hotel is also not in a great neighbourhood (although to be fair we didn't explore much as it was -35C). In all I was not impressed; I expected more from a Ramada.
