| "For a lively night out!" |

by Lindsay (from Saskatoon) December 2007 - The Spadina Freehouse in Saskatoon’s downtown core is a classy and lively restaurant and lounge. Occasionally featuring live entertainment, the Spadina Freehouse is the perfect environment for an upbeat dinner or drinks with friends. In general the food is excellent but my particular favourites are the incredible selection of wood-fired thin crust pizzas. They also have a great selection of starter items like the Pork Empanadas and the Vegetarian Samosas. The food seems relatively inexpensive when compared to the prices of drinks, but the atmosphere makes it all worthwhile. In the summer months, there’s a fabulous outdoor patio that provides excellent opportunities for people watching along the riverbank or just to enjoy the sun. Located at the center of Saskatoon’ s most popular summer wedding spots there will often be a bit of wait or no space at all, so make reservations to ensure yourself a table.
