December 2007 - The Saskatoon Station Place is one of the city’s finest upscale restaurants. The servers are friendly and professional, the atmosphere is quiet and cozy, and the food is absolutely extraordinary. For many years my family and I have chosen the Station Place for lots of birthdays and special occasions, and always end up ordering the Pullman’s Platter—a Station special that is not on the menu. Although it is a significant amount of food it gives you a little taste of everything—the famous Greek appetizers, chicken, ribs and shrimp—and you can always take away what you can’t finish. And if you are particularly lucky you might be seated in the vintage dining cars that date back to the 1800s and are incorporated into the unique restaurant decor. It is always the perfect choice for dinner with a larger group or an intimate evening with family or friends.
