July 2007 - We stayed july 1 and what a dissapointment! We choose the family suite. Upon entering the room we noticed flies which were coming in thru the open window. The window was this small mini window at floor level beside the bed; it had no screen and a small child could have easliy fallen out from this 2nd story window. We noticed that the carpet was damp by the bathroom door but just thought it was from the previous people but when we returned from a wedding 6 hours later we realized that the a/c was leaking through the ceiling and the floor was not only saturated but covered with white ceiling particles. The darn ceiling was falling off in chunks...we complained but nothing was done. They offered to move us ( at 1am !!!) but we were not moving kids and luggage etc at the time of nite.
