| "Very bad experience !" |

July 2007 - Beginning of July '07 I reserved 2 double rooms for 2 nights in Monte Pu. This was one of the worst holiday exeperiences I ever had!
1) We confirmed by e-mail the reservation for 14-15 July. However, when we arrived she (Aurora) said we booked for 13-14 July. Only when I showed her the confirmation e-mail she admitted that she was wrong. Since 'we did not showed up on 13 July' , she took 50% of the accomodation price (160 Euro) from my bank account (she insisted to give her my credit card number otherwise she could not reserve the rooms). Interesting detail: I told her by phone that we would only arrive around 20h00 (on 14 July) but nevertheless, she took the money from my bank account at 13h30 on 13 July (for your info: people can check in as from 13h00)!
2) We ordered dinner for the evening when we would arrive. Due to the her mistake referred to above, there was no dinner foreseen. Please take into account that it takes quite some time to reach the agriturismo, road is really terrible, so going back to the village was no option after a tiring 1200 km trip. Therefore we asked if we could have some simple pasta but she replied that she already cleaned the kitchen. She suggested to have some bread with meat and vegetables, price agreed was 10 pp. Quality of the food provided was not as we are used to in Italy and when she even complained that we asked for fresh bread instead of the old and hard bread she put on the table.
The day after when we had to pay dinner, she suddenly changed mind: we would have to pay more that the agreed 10 Euro pp because she brought us more food (?) than initially foreseen although we did not requested anything extra (except than the fresh bread). Of course we refused.
