January 2008 - I had the most marvelous experiience at the cooking school of Cin Cin. aboout 2 weeks ago. It was truly hands on. One can learn as well as have lots of fun. The Mother and son team worked well together giving us an experience in the joy of cooking Sicilian style.
Highly recommend it for a group of friends who enjoy food and the art of preperatiion.
I'm ready to return.
