June 2006 - One look up from the piazza at Covent Garden to the balcony of this popular pub and you can venture a) it is full of tourists and b) features over-priced, unexciting food and and drinks. Both are true - Pub and Judy's is drearily predictable and you won't necessarily be sharing the floor with a bevy of Londoners - but if you are just looking for a pint or two and some great city atmosphere, the balcony is hard to beat. During the day, it gives you an unbeatable viewpoint from which to watch the street artists below and at night, its lively mood and roof-top locale make it an appealing pub stop.
