| "Couldn't open the door" |

March 2007 - The hotel was okay, about what I expected for the price. On Saturday we could never get in to the room, the card reader/door lock mechanism would not work for us. The manager could get it open, and blamed previous guests and me for abusing the lock rather than acknowledging that there was a problem with that door lock. One of the other hotel employees told me that she always had problems with that lock, too.
