"Pricy suite at the Quality Inn"

by louis (from Los Angeles)
October 2007 - Last minute reservation will make you pay a $220 +Tx per night for a Suite. The Suite was basically a poor upgrade to a regular room. Nothing fancy, just expensive and not worth it. Couch has seen better days, TV buttons jammed. Internet cable is so short that once plugged you're facing the wall, no Wireless Internet available. Front desk is helpful and nice, but don't make a last minute reservation if you wish to stay there.

"Not Worth It"

by Emily (from Las Vegas)
July 2007 - Though not my first choice in locations, I felt the Quality Inn would be an acceptable stay outside of the Grand Canyon park, even at a steep $154 + tax per night. The room was minimally decorated and small, and the restaurant, where we tried breakfast the first morning, was horrible with a buffet that was greasy, messy, and lacked anything fresh. My main dissatisfaction, though, comes from the fact that I left a personal belonging of some value in the room when I checked out, and had very poor customer service in trying to get it returned. I've been rudely spoken to by management and told that if housekeeping didn't turn it in then it just simply isn't there. Well below average in customer service, bad food, and an overpriced glorified motel. Two thumbs way down!

"Good Service, Fair Price"

March 2007 - The room was clean, neat, and in order. The hotel staff was easy and helpful when it came to answering questions. The only complaint is that parking availability is inadequete.
