| "A very disappointing experience" |

July 2007 - Advertised and booked deluxe suites are non existent. Booked rates and confirmation not honored. Suites are one bedroom only. Half the hotel is apparently closed down. Pool dirty. No room service. No paper. No staff that are willing to take responsibility. I would never stay here again and in fact will likely have to deal with my credit card company for overcharges the management refused to take off my bill.
