May 2006 - The shower had mold/mildew in the grout. They turned off the air conditioner the second night which made it quite uncomfortable. We mis-understood the eating arrangements. We had a print out stating that if you are hungry they would be more than happy to fix you something. When we asked for lunch (and offered to pay for it) , we were told that they were not a short order kitchen. I recommend you plan in advance your meals. I had friends go before me and they had a wonderful time. My experience was quite disappointing. They say on their website they like to visit, but the man never spoke to me. I was the one paying for the trip and he never even said "hello" to me. I read other reviews and I can't believe it is the same place. The meals that were provided were very good but you had to eat when they told you to eat. The cookies that everyone brags about are quite tasty; however, if you don't eat them when they think you should they take them away. I just felt like I was living at home again with my parents and I couldn't relax. I have stayed at other bed and breakfasts with no problems.
