| "No-show" |

September 2007 - Came by to give an estimate on repairs to my tenant's flat, and we scheduled a date for him to come back and do the work. He seemed friendly and competent.
On the day: He never showed, and didn't return my calls.
My husband reached him (from a different number) the next day and he said he'd be here Saturday (today) at noon. It's now 1:00 and we (self, husband, and tenant) are all waiting. Again. And he's not answering his phone. Again.
Disappointing.

| "Reliable and honest" |

January 2007 - Jason Hawks of Hawks Handyman Services is a reliable handyman. When he says he will come by for an estimate he actually shows up no matter where you are in the city unlike some handyman that wouldn't even bother to come or call. He's on time and gives you a decent estimate. He doesn’t try to rip you off. He also does great work. We will definitely continue to use his services.
