by Deb (from victoria) December 2007 - Knuckles is definitely a sports bar with many large TVs hanging from the ceiling and walls. I don't think there is a seat in the restaurant without a view of at least three or four! The restaurant is large and open and tables are easy to move around to accommodate large parties. Being at a Hyatt, you expect it to be nice and this won't disappoint. The menu was what you would expect for a sports bar - burgers, ribs and chicken wings (which is what we had!) along with the usual sandwiches and pub fare - all named after San Francisco football players. The portions weren`t huge, but big enough for lunch. Lots of different beers to pick from - we tried the local micro-brew. Children are made comfortable and there is lots for them to choose from. We enjoyed chatting with the waitresses who were very attentive and friendly. The prices were average and overall this was a nice place to stop for lunch - near the Pier and not too busy.
