January 2007 - We have come to see REO Speedwagon's New Year's Eve concert for the past 2 years now at this venue, though they have improved the seating somewhat (at least this year the paid dinner seats were located in front of the dance floor - last year we paid extra for the dinner seating only to arrive and discover that the dance floor was in front of the dinner seating area and we ended up mostly watching the backsides of everyone who had paid only for SRO tickets - not cool!) However, this was the only improvement, as both the service and the food were MUCH worse than last year. Box office staff is either non-existent or completely rude and totally unhelpful.
