| "Worst Management " |

June 2007 - My first time at Ben and Jerry's. I stopped in today and bought a $6 shake. Definitely an expensive shake, and I must say, it WAS NOT worth it. I got in my car and realized that the shake was thin, there was little or no ice cream, and it had very little flavor. As I drove off, I thought, "Great I just paid $6 for a chunky glass of milk."
Disappointed, I stopped back in the store an hour or two later. As I spoke to the man at the counter, he was sympathetic and said he would give me the money back. Then he put me on the phone with the manager and owner, and the tone changed.
She doubtingly asked what was wrong with the shake. She told me that she made it perfectly. I politely told her that it was nothing personal and said that it was that principle of getting what you pay for. She literally scoffed and said that I should try something else next time. I told her that she was obviously ignoring the fact that the shake was bad and watery and overpriced. She responded by saying "You can't have your money back. It's not like there was a HAIR in it or anything."
That says it all. Don't expect good ice cream here and don't expect anything from the Owner and Manager."

March 2007 - Okay, I'm an ice cream expert, and I love Ben and Jerry's, but don't fall into this gimmick like I did. The selection, texture, and overall quality of the ice cream is not what it's supposed to be. All the stuff I tried was disappointing and SUPER expensive. I mean, you expect it to be good because it's expensive and Ben and Jerry's, but they all fell flat. Don't waste your money on this place. The ambiance is non-existent, and sort of dirty. A single scoop could buy you a whole dinner, or maybe even a gallon of better ice cream.
