November 2006 - I have been waiting for SD to get a spa like this!
The massage was the best massage I have ever had, and I consider myself a spa junkie having had over hundreds of massages in my lifetime!!!!!
I loved the beautiful and soothing Italian decor, lighting and scents...but what was most impressive was how friendly and unpretentious all of the staff were. I felt right at home immediately and didn't want to leave! My experience with staff at many of the other local spas in SD left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome most of the time. Really odd isn't it?
Do yourself a favor and check Spa Velia out - you will thank me!
