July 2007 - We go to Big Bear about once a month. Decided to try a new lodging. Once you check in you are on your own. We have drunks next to us and 2:30 in the morning I called the front desk. Got an answer machine 3 times. Had to deal with the partiers on my own.
I went to file a complaint in the morning and the office was locked up. Would not open until 3pm.
Stay away!
