| "Not what I expected" |

April 2008 - When we made our reservations for Vail Lake resort, my husband and I thought there was a lake within the resort. Their website and others that tell of what to expect there lead you to believe that there is a lake. Well, there is but it is two miles away from the camp ground. The fishing pond did not have any fish in it and the water slides were not open despite a huge banner that said they were. Despite the confusion on these things we still managed to have a nice time.It is a nice place to camp and we probably would return.
